Meet us to pick up your order on your scheduled pickup date and time or have us deliver to your home. We'll deliver within a 30 mile radius of the farm.
Pickup Locations are simply places where we meet you with your order. Common locations are home driveways or parking lots. Each location is organized by a volunteer Location Leader who helps to facilitate each delivery. We currently have ONE pick up location which is the farm. With the increase in produce & flowers during the summer months we will have more pick up locations available.
We'll deliver within a 30-mile radius from the farm. Even if you're ordering from Florida but want it delivered to Great Bend, KS, we've got you covered. Make sure to enter the Great Bend zip code when ordering to ensure you can select "Home Delivery".
NOTE: If you enter a zip code outside the 30-mile radius, it will not give you the option to select "Home Delivery". Give us a call & we'll see what we can do.
In order to help cover fuel and labor cost, all local delivery orders incur $10.00-$20.00 handling charge depending on the distance of travel. There are no fees on orders picked up at our farm.
Hey good question. . . If you are pre-ordering beef or planning to attend a workshop, select the pick up location of Scorched Stone Farm in Holyrood.
Arrive at the pickup location at your scheduled time. You will be greeted by your farmer or our farm's friendly pick-up hosts. Provide the name on your order and we will provide you with all items in your order. Double check that you have received everything from your order. You have already paid via credit card so you are good to go and can head home with fresh and healthy food.
We accept all major credit/debit cards as our primary payment method. At the time of placing your first order, you will be prompted to add a credit card to your account. Once finalized, your order's total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed.
Currently, the answer is no, however, we've been known to bend our own rules a bit. Our goal is to work with and support the local economy. We are working to reduce our carbon footprint and want to encourage individuals to buy local and support their communities. This isn't to say that we aren't willing to ship for special occasions. If you have a special request, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
