- (To taste) Salt & Pepper
- (2-3 lb) Wagyu Roast
- (1) Onion - chopped
- (1-2 tsp) Garlic or Garlic Powder
- (8 oz) Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt
- (2- 10.5 oz cans) Cream of Mushroom
- (12 oz) Egg Noodles (cooked)
- (12-20oz) Pop. (Coke or Pepsi)
- (To taste) Parsley
- (1 TBL) Worcestershire
Place your Wagyu Roast in your slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add in garlic, diced onion, and one can of cream of mushroom. Now for the goods...add in a can of Coca Cola or Pepsi. This helps break the meat down even further into tender little morsels. Allow the roast to cook for 8 hours.
Once your roast is cooked, chop up or pull roast into pieces and place it back in your crockpot and cover on low.
Time to cook the noodles. Bring water to a boil and cook your noodles. We love egg noodles but you can use whatever is in the pantry. While your noodles are cooking, add Worcestershire, one can of cream of mushroom to your beef mixture.
Note: If the mixture seems too soupy, you can add a tablespoon of corn starch to thicken.
Once noodles are cooked, drain and add to your meat mixture along with sour cream. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and top with parsley.
Now it’s time to eat!
