Once the hanging weight (aka carcass weight) is determined, we'll send you an invoice to be paid to Scorched Stone Farm
Expect a phone call from Krehbiels Specialty Meats. They'll assist you in deciding how you would like your beef cut. Don't worry. . . they'll walk you through it.
Your beef will be ready for pick up about 3-4 weeks after butchering. You'll receive a phone call when it's ready to bring home.
Pick up your beef at Krehbiels Specialty Meats, pay the processing fee at pick up, & go home to stock your freezer.
